Our Story

A small Portland operator,
built around the long way home.

JIUZE Tours grew out of a simple idea: the Pacific Northwest deserves a tour company that drives like a local, talks like a friend, and never books more than one group at a time.

We started JIUZE Tours after one too many guided days that felt more like a checklist than a memory. The bus would pull up, twenty strangers would shuffle off for nine minutes at Multnomah Falls, and the day ended before anyone got to ask a real question.

We thought we could do better — and quieter. So we built a small Portland-based tour company around three habits: stay local, stay small, and never rush a good viewpoint.

Every road on every tour, we've driven on our own weekends — usually more than once. If we wouldn't bring our own family there, it's not on the list.

Our days are designed for couples, small families, and groups of friends — the kind of travelers who'd rather see fewer things, better. We keep groups to six in a sedan or up to fourteen in a Sprinter van, and most of our tours are reserved privately for a single party.

We're licensed and insured in the state of Oregon, registered with the Portland Bureau of Transportation, and we list our tours on Viator and Tripadvisor so you can book with confidence — or skip the platforms and write us directly for a custom day.

Thanks for stopping by. If you're heading our way, we hope we get to share a quiet stretch of road with you.

What we promise

Four habits, kept simple.

Honest pacing

We'd rather show you four things slowly than nine things in a hurry. If a stop deserves more time, we take it.

Door-to-door

Pickup from your hotel, PDX, or a Willamette River cruise terminal. No meeting points, no scavenger hunts.

Bilingual on request

Our English-language tours can be guided in Mandarin at no extra cost — useful for multi-generational family trips.

One group at a time

Most of our days are private. When we do open seats to the public, we cap the group well below what the van can hold.

Tell us where you're headed.

We answer every inquiry personally, usually within a few hours.
