Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we receive the name, email address, preferred tour and date, group size, and message you choose to provide. We use it to answer the inquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange a booking. Payment details entered through Viator or a future booking provider are handled by that provider and are not submitted through our inquiry form.
Website and attribution data
The site may record the landing page, referring website, campaign parameters, general browser information, and actions such as opening the inquiry form or following a booking link. If Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics is enabled, analytics events contain product, language, page, and button placement only. We do not send names, email addresses, or inquiry messages to analytics or advertising tools.
Service providers and retention
Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers inquiry emails. Booking marketplaces and any booking engine have their own privacy terms when you use their checkout. We retain inquiry and booking records only for customer service, operations, accounting, legal obligations, and reasonable business analysis, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or opt out of non-essential follow-up. Email [email protected]. Essential records may be retained when required for completed bookings, accounting, safety, or law.
